Normal shipping times are 1 - 2 weeks for USA orders and 2-4 weeks for international orders.

Delivery time USA: 5 - 8 working days 
Delivery time international: 10 - 16 working days

To edit or change your order. You have 24hrs from the time it was placed. All products are made to order. Production of your product starts 1 day (24hrs) after your order is placed. All requests after the 24hr period will be denied. Your order can be refunded for a full refund within 24hrs of the order being placed.

All cancellations must be made within 24hrs of initial purchase. You must contact us within the first 24hrs, Even if we do not respond right away, your request to cancel must be received within the first 24hrs after a purchase.

Do to the nature our our custom products, every order is "made to order" . Your product starts the manufacturing process 1 day after you place your order, so we do not allow cancellations after 24hrs.

Some countries may be subject to a customs tax, import fee and/or duty fee, or anything along the same nature. Although we do our best to avoid these extra fees, there may be instances where you will be required to pay extra in order to receive your product at the time of delivery. The fee will be the responsibility of the person making the purchase. Paracord Industries will not be liable for any additional fees.
